2. Acknowledgement

We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days by email.

3. Resolution

We aim to resolve complaints within 14 days. If more time is needed, we will inform you with an estimated timeline.

4. Dispute resolution

If we cannot resolve the matter, you may contact your local consumer protection office or the Better Business Bureau where applicable.
