Return conditions

You may return within 30 days of receipt. Items may be tested as in a shop and must be in original packaging with accessories. Excessive use may reduce the refund. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the product is defective or damaged.

Return address

Footrel uses multiple fulfilment warehouses. When you email us to start a return, we confirm the correct address for your order. Returns sent elsewhere cannot be accepted.

Return process

  1. Email support@footrel.com with your order number and reason.
  2. We confirm the return address and instructions; return shipping is your cost unless defective.
  3. Pack securely with tracking—refunds cannot be issued for lost untracked parcels.
  4. After inspection, we process your refund.

Refund

Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt. You will receive a confirmation email.

Damaged or defective items

Contact us immediately with photos. We cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
